Campanile is an upscale community in Cathedral City, California that is very walkable. Residents enjoy the outdoor ambiance and many homes have spectacular views of the mountains.

Campanile is located at the border of Rancho Mirage and Cathedral City just off Ramon Road and Davall Road. It is comprised of both custom and semi-custom homes with Spanish and Tuscan architectural designs. Every home has at least a two-car garage and many have courtyards or swimming pools. There are three collections that give potential homebuyers many floor plan options. Courtyard Homes, also known as The Cortile, offers 1,561 to 1,982 square feet of living space on lots that can go up to 4,000 square feet. They feature three bedrooms and are considered the some of the most affordable in the city.

The Casetta features lots up to 6,400 square feet and living space that ranges from 2,079 to 2,642 square feet. These one and two story homes offer rear access garages. There are three to four bedrooms and up to three baths. The Villa or Villetta collection has one and two story homes with three to four bathrooms. These custom and semi-custom homes range from 2,573 to 3,370 square feet on lots up to 8,000 square feet.

Cathedral City High School is considered to be a beneficial facility to Cathedral City. The Palm Springs Unified School District also serves this community with Sunny Sands Elementary School and James Workman Middle School. For families who prefer private schooling there are facilities like Desert Chapel Christian, King’s Schools of the Desert, and Temple Isaiah’s Early Childhood Center.
